As a multiple-time USA Dance National DanceSport Champion and Certified Mental Performance Coach, I know how to build the mental skills that turn pressure into power so you perform your absolute best every time you step on the dance floor.
The difference is what's going on in your head.
Competition nerves throw off your timing and partner connection
You can't let go of mistakes and they affect the rest of your routine
Couples with less practice hours somehow perform better
Your mental state affects your partner's performance (or theirs affects yours)
These sessions teach you specific mental performance techniques for competitive ballroom: handling nerves, recovering from mistakes, and performing with confidence.

Before I learned mental performance training, I struggled with the same challenges you’re dealing with—performance anxiety, fear of making mistakes on the floor, and the pressure that comes with competing at a high level. I know what it’s like to have the physical skills and still feel like your mind is working against you.
I also understand partnership dynamics from years of competing with my husband. Communication under pressure, managing each other’s nerves, recovering together from mistakes—these mental challenges are unique to partner dancing.
My daughter Heather started coaching with Antoinette a few weeks ago and I have already seen improvement in her as an athlete. She has shown improvement with her mental game and quickly recovers when mistakes are made. Antoinette is amazing with athletes. Heather enjoys her coaching sessions and looks forward to having them.
Antoinette also probed to help me identify issues which may be keeping me from performing at my best. The coaching sessions with Antoinette were focused, tailored to my needs, and the concepts were usable and easily understood. I have appreciated her experience and expertise.
