A lifelong athlete, I’ve been an elite gymnast and coach, a collegiate springboard diver, and now a competitive ballroom dancer with multiple USA National DanceSport titles and three World Championship appearances.
I’m also the proud mom of two athletic sons, whom I supported from the sidelines from t-ball through their Division I college baseball careers.
I combine this first-hand experience with professional training to help athletes build the mental skills they need to perform at their best. I also help parents and coaches develop the tools and mindsets to support their athletes with confidence and clarity.
My daughter Heather started coaching with Antoinette a few weeks ago and I have already seen improvement in her as an athlete.
